SHIPPING FAQ

Please allow two (1-3) full business days for us to process an order, before it goes to shipping, Monday through Saturday. All packages are sent according to our personal methods unless a customer requests a specific shipping method (e.g., ground vs. two-day or three-day). We provide tracking numbers at the time of  shipping. If you did not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder. Average delivery time is 2-7 business days or longer if you have specified a different shipping method. Please note shipping times can vary depending on order sizes but typically 2 days!

Rogue Valley Inc provides tracking numbers at the time of shipping, which will be (1-3) full business days after order date. Once you’ve doubled checked your spam and junk folders, please feel free to send us an email! 

Yes! Rogue Valley Inc offers free shipping on all hemp CBD flower, CBD OIL, CBG flower, CBG oil and all orders of $30.00 or more! However, Rolleys are always shipped free no matter what :) 

All packages are sent according to our high quality practices. Rogue Valley Inc is not responsible for any order stolen outside the customers’ address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized. We do ship each package with ALL THE PROPER SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION which DRAMATICALLY cuts down on any complications with seizures.
