We have stepped into one of the most exciting times in history. Prohitibion was almost a century ago and hemp has finally made its comback.
Hemp was once a dominant crop on the American soil. Industrial hemp is one of the earliest domesticated plants known, with roots dating back to the Neolothic Age as early as 2800 bce and was practiced in the Mediterranean in China era. Industrial hemp was hardly a renewable resource, and was refined for various industrial applications, including paper, textiles, and cordage.
The use of industrial hemp has evolved into an even greater variety of products, including health foods, organic body care, clothing, construction materials, biofuels, plastic composites and more.
Like marijuana, hemp is another member of the Cannabis sativa L. plant species, but they each contain a unique biological structure which makes them a very different plant. Marijuana plants grow to be bushy with dense bud structures that produce high THC. We focus our efforts on high CBD hemp plants. There are two types of Hemp plants: One variety grows taller and thin and is used primarily for seeds, food and fiber and produce low amounts of CBD and THC. The other variety is a high CBD producing plant. These cultivars are specifically designed for oil production and when grown correctly will produce large, dense, oily and resinous buds that can be used for a wide array of applications. These high CBD cultivars are our main focus.
Our goal is to yield the finest hemp one can offer. We handpick the best seed cultivars and personally care for our plants from start to finish. We do not use pesticides or herbicides on our hemp. Our natural farming practices ensure that we can build our soils instead of breaking them down and depleting them. Not only do we cultivate our hemp in fields, we use green houses with controlled climates to produce some of the best hemp on the market. Our hemp is grown in fertile, well-aerated soil rich with organic matter. We have seen how hemp, specifically high CBD producing plants, have helped people live better, healthier lives which is why we only practice strict natural and organic growing methods that have been used for thousands of years. Nothing goes to waste around our fields. To ensure our hemp is of the highest quality, all of our hemp is tested through an accredited ORELAP laboratory and is in full compliance with ODA. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best hemp and hemp flowers.
